So today i am at work, and because we are slow i will take this time to reflect on the past week. Basically i never slept and went out with mel lots which was grand. I really do not have much to talk about but i'm bored so here goes. Im reading my gossip mags and reading a book pretty much at the same time which is fun. after work im heading to chapters to buy more books cause im almost done my last one. it was good, i wouldn't recommend it to others though because it's written as a biography and it can get a little boring. i want romance and mushy stuff like that to wittle the time away while i read. this one requires alittle too much thought.

Anyways, i got good news on tuesday - my proff gave us an extra week for our papers, so i can work on it for a little longer which is great cause i don't even have a topic picked out yet.

As im looking out the window im hoping that we have some nice weekends in august so i can get somewhat of a tan. but then again even if i sit out in the sun all day you would never be able to tell. i suppose when im 80 and have no wrinkles i will be proud of my extremely pale skin.

So mel mentioned something to me the other day that i thought was interesting - how come when you're walking somewhere and a guy totally checks you out and gives you that little "i like what i see" smile, he just keeps walking. she thought they should just stop and ask you out. i suggest they are afraid of the fear of rejection. so my theory is that people should wear a big sign on their head that says "single" or "taken". this might solve that problem.

On a side note - Ryan Dinwiddie is smoking hot. just thought i'd throw that out there.

So i have just arrived home from the lake after a beautiful weekend with my best friend. It's late and i should be in bed right now cause i know i'll be kicking myself tommorow morning when the alarm clock goes off. but anyways, i had a wonderful time with melly furtado, even though we got the atv stuck in the mud and i swear i still don't know how the heck we got it out of there...mel was litterally side-ways in the mud, but after about an hour of getting eaten alive by bugs, we managed to push/wench it the heck out of there. it didn't help that the atv we were wenching it out was on the bottom of a huge hill and we couldn't get it up the hill in reverse to pull the atv that was stuck out...the wonders of women power, let me tell you. Anyways, this week should be something to look forward to, im actually going to leave the confines of my house and go out! i think me and mel have something plannned for every night this week so that should be a blast! and to top it off i have a HUGE paper due next tuesday that i will be spending sunday working on...ain't life grand. i really should learn to plan ahead better, but that way i would have nothing to complain about, and if i had nothing to complain about i would never speak.
